Ingredients for saffron Flavoured milk:-
Milk:-1 litre
Sugar:- 1 cup
10-15 strang of kesar
1 tbsp badam
1 tbsp kaju
1 tbsp pista
1/4 tbsp elaichi powder
A pinch of yellow colour
12 slices of bread
Ingredients for the stuffing (rabri):-
1 litre milk
1 cup sugar
1 tbsp kaju
1 tbsp badam
1 tbsp pista
1/4 elaichi powder
Method :-
- In a heavy bottom pan boil milk and stir occasionally on medium heat cook milk until milk reduced to half
- add sugar ,badam,pista,kaju,elaichi powder,kesar stir it well
- a pinch of yellow colour in between stir occasionally and scrap the sides -when milk comes to its 1/3 give a good boil for 30 sec on medium heat .
-Allow to Cool it completely
And Refrigerate for 2 hrs
saffron Flavoured milk is ready.
For Rabri:- In a heavy bottom pan boil milk when milk comes to a boil after that cook the milk on medium heat till it reduced to its 1/4 (in between stir occasionally and scrap sides )then add kaju badam, pista,elaichi powder and cook until it become a thick mixture. Rabri is ready.
Stuffed bread rasmalai:-
- After that take a slice of bread put the prepared mixture (rabri) on it and cover with another slice of bread then cut the bread with the help of glass in circular form.
After that put all the stuffed bread on a plate then add saffron milk on it and garnish with kaju, badam,pista and rose petals.... Your mouth watering bread rasmalai is ready....❤️
