Apparently she's going thru something. If you don't know her personally, you shouldn't make assumptions. There are so many disorders that mimic other conditions. She could be struggling mentally. It may or may not be drug use. For all we know, this lady's thyroid could be out of whack. That contributes to odd behavior as well!
