Cool Bison Stage you've got there. Not sure if I really like how it's like a triangular shape, but that's just my OCD talking. All the New World decorations and features are super awesome and give it a really distinct look, which I absolutely adore. I don't know if they're ever going to put in music bands or anything in the game, but under the Educational tab I'm pretty sure that there are some speakers that you can put around the stage. They're supposed to be all recordings of national geographic or something, but you can just pretend they're music. At the very least, it should work to attract more guests to hang around the area.

By the way, have you ever set up all those new food and drink stalls you unlocked? Not sure if I've missed that part or if you just haven't gotten around to it yet. Also, I don't think you've been putting up the educational signs and such for all the new animals in the safari area (warthogs, giraffes, etc.), so that might be a reason why your zoo's educational score isn't so high.

One thing I am confused about is those Gharials of yours. Why the heck are they constantly dying of starvation/thirst when they've got plenty of food and water right there? The only thing I can think of is maybe there are too many Gharials and too little food bowls, but even then we've seen a couple of times where there's a completely filled bowl like two feet away and the Gharials are just not wanting to go eat, so I'm honestly stumped.

One last thing: I noticed you've been putting in a lot of glass barriers around your enclosures. They're great for viewing the animals, but they seem to be pretty fragile and require more maintenance. I think there's actually an option to add windows to certain other barriers like brick walls, which would give you much stronger walls while letting you keep the viewing spots. Also, don't forget null barriers! They're a great way to set up an enclosure if you've got steep cliffs and such where the animal cannot climb out.
