I am a gulf war vet with PTSD. I've struggled with alcohol and drugs to keep my mind from constantly running with sleep issues and although i don't drink or do drugs anymore I've still always had problems sleeping. Your show has done wonders since I first watched about 2 weeks ago. I can honestly say that your show has helped me tremendously to sleep more relaxed without feeling tense or anxious. I've been watching this particular one and the shaving one every night which gives me a very soothing and calm feeling. Keep up the great work and believe that what you do does sometimes heal the wounds that we sometimes can't see.

This channel is my new favourite up-and-comer channel for ASMR. Her personality is comfortable, her voice seems naturally soft rather than directly whispered, the sound quality is good, and the RPs have more of those natural inserts (phrases, mutterings - things that people actually do when speaking to each other) that aren't intrusive to the flow of the RP. I don't even enjoy cranial nerve exam RPs (normally), but this is definitely going on my night asmr list. Lovely work.
