Two reasons he doesn't want him to tell the price he paid
1: cause the next man could have gotten wat he got but less
2:cause the next man can get charged higher
If someone says that it's either cause he's being honest about giving it to u for the low or playing u out as he is but is really not

This guy doesn't have a consistent pricing model. I've seen him quote 99-500 dollars on similar sized houses. The reason he told dude not to tell anyone else is because it's a slimy trick and probably to prevent him from finding out how much more he charged him than his neighbors.

That just seems too set up. The whole "please don't tell anyone else" line is standard corporate blabber. I own a lawn care business and no one says "oh, $449!" for a house cleaning. Especially when you're just approaching a random person. This is a young man who thinks he is teaching old dogs new tricks that they haven't already seen a thousand times and simply know they aren't worth it. This video is just too funny!
