I've had cursor offset issues with my XP-Pen Artist Pro 13.3. No matter if I calibrate it, the cursor is off by a millimetre or two when I move my styles away from the centre of my tablet screen. XP-Pen support is also really bad at replying to my emails to help with this issue. :(
