Yeah, no. Governments will never decide that there is a higher power that governs them, as democracy is written that the will of the people is what is important. We may ise the term "god given rights, " but all that means is that these rights cannot be taken away by government, as the rights supercede them. No religion will take center stage of the government, because you cannot get a majority to agree what that religion should be. And even if you could get a majority, the Constitution states that congress shall make no law promoting any religion.
