I didn’t find this joke funny at all! My stepmom’s younger brother had Type 2 diabetes and because he didn’t take care of himself, he began to lose his IQ, then he lost his toes, then very shortly after that, he suffered a heart attack and passed away a month before his 56th birthday. He was a great guy whom I really enjoyed hanging out with. My stepmom just got type 2 herself recently. My grandpa has had type 2 for years and he’s taken it seriously. My cousin has type 1. In other words, I don’t take kindly to jokes about diabetes since so many of my family members have both types
