I was expecting much higher prices for all the houses. Very nice!

Location, location, location. These houses don't have it. The 3rd listing is typical of what you see in VT today. A house bought in 2023 for $125K and now back on the market for $350K. Didn't see the inside to see if any upgrades were done. I wonder where the seller's are from?
