If they would allow us to have full control of the date fields I could use pipelines properly to track monthly sales and forecasting. Coming from salesforce this is a critical feature.

I picked up some great tips here thank you!! 2 Questions for you - My pipeline is to track initial calls to book onto the calendar for a meeting. 1. Would you use the pipeline stage change automation of going to "booked meeting" to fire out the meeting info and reminders emails OR allow the calendar to do this? 2. I have No Answer 1, No Answer 2, No Answer 3 stages so to track how many times i try to get hold of a lead and get them out of the "new lead" stage, would you say this is fine or is there a better way to manage this?

If you use remove opportunity, where does it go? I have noticed that if I re-enter the same pipeline it is overwriting the old opportunity.
