Tesla Motor Test Bench - QA/Sale Prep (Custom control package)

My new test bench for Tesla drive units. Still needs some tweaking and cleanup, especially with the cooling side (just a temporary closed loop right now), but going to use this for checking drive units and all to prep them for sale with my custom controller.

This particular one has a bad bearing that I need to replace, hence why it's ridiculously loud.... and why I'm testing the units.

Spun up to ~135 MPH and held, then regen down.

I can't understand how Tesla managed to improve an already perfect thing. It's just mind boggling how quiet these are, and how well they can perform over other manufacturers. Definitely some clever engineers they've got working for them.

The description states the bad bearing is the reason it's ridiculously loud. I think this sounds absolutely awesome! I'm curious what the "normal" sound is like with a good bearing.
