Judge hears arguments on Jack Smith appointment, Trump gag order in classified documents case

U.S. District Judge Aileen Cannon resumed a hearing Monday over special counsel Jack Smith's involvement in former President Donald Trump's classified documents case. She is also hearing arguments on whether to issue a limited gag order against Trump in the case. CBS News campaign reporter Katrina Kaufman reports.

So, let me get this straight. You were fired from a top executive job because you did a poor job. The company immediately hired a new top executive. You could not handle that, you got mad and you refused to leave. You then directed some gang members to come and vandalize the workplace. When you did finally leave, on your way out of the office you took a lot of the company’s confidential documents. Moreover, when you were caught, you refused to give them back. The question is who is funding judge Cannon. She had shown prejudice and bias. Her colleagues advised her not to take the case and she took it anyways showing her intent.

If Cannon can't rule with cited federal precedence from the bench, she shouldn't be on the bench. She either needs to go back to law school because she's completely incompetent or she needs to be removed because she's completely biased. There is no other reasonable argument for her actions. The 11rh circuit needs to remove her immediately. Vote blue! 💙

I worked 36 years in the defense industry with a prime mission to protect classified information. Trump should be sitting in a holding cell awaiting trial for his shenanigans with these documents. If any of us did this, we would be sitting in a holding cell.
