Also the Minecraft stuff you’re talking about is Bedrock Edition… the marketplace has almost NO moderation and most of the stuff is based off recent trends.

As a minecraft user I can confirm that Roblox doors is on the MC marketplace but they are fan made and probably fans of the games so it’s not killing roblox

I used to play rec room a LOT. Its not at all a copy of roblox. Its actually a good game with a bunch of content and its playerbase is awesome and the content creators make great content

I mean, Minecraft Bedrock Edition is just a way for Mojang to make money. They let people upload whatever they want as long as it's approved or whatever but it's different with actual mods. If you were to install mods off a cite like Forge, that's out of Mojang's reach. But on Bedrock you cannot install mods because it's a cross-platform game, (for example X-Box players can't play with mods at all, but they can play the paid packs you can buy in the Marketplace. Minecraft incident was made by Bedrock Edition players not by Mojang. When you buy a skin pack or a map that people made people that made it will get minecoins you paid. So players are the problem.

Yeah I'd really gotta say, some of these mentions were a little over exaggerated, As someone in the comments said, he was pretty much targeting any social game with player made games attempted to kill off Roblox. It's a bit out of the believable zone to think they have any correlation besides the first two games "Brick Hill" & "Zepeto" but the rest doesn't seem like a competitor at all from the beginning.

Minecraft by itself isn't trying to steal anything, the mods or skinpacks are all made by players, although there are some crossovers made by the game creators themselves
