I love that you started out with comparisons to similar palettes because it frames the audience’s mindset to be more conscious of their collection, and if we do own something similar, the looks can get us excited for what we already have instead of immediately diving into the new-new.

I have the same view as you on fast fashion as well. Fast fashion isn’t ideal, but it’s also more accessible to more consumers. We just need to be more mindful of why we buy things so as to not contribute to more waste — and it’s a principle to apply with any kind of consumption, really.

This palette will look fabulous on anyone with a golden or olive undertone. A warm undertone with still look great. Its a no go for cool undertone as it'll make us look sickly.

The first Juvia's palette I thought of when seeing the Yucca palette was the Tribe palette. Also, the Safari from ColoredRain, but I can't check that one bc I never owned it.

It's definitely helpful to think about the reasons behind purchasing and that can help all of us be more mindful purchasers. One issue with Shein, besides the tendency for people to over consume, is their shady labor, something to also consider when we can afford to shop at other places ❤

I don’t normally go with this style palette, but something kept drawing me to it and I decided to dive in. I’m so glad I did. It has become my favorite palette in my collection. I think the color story is even better in person, the foiled shimmers are lovely, and the colors and tones are just stunning. I can’t say enough good things about it.

I LOVE the Elysian shade so much. I keep seeing reviews that say that shade does not fit in with the rest, but I totally disagree. I have the palette and it is a gorgeous shade. You incorporated it beautifully.
