sony vegas effect + text effect #2

this maybe hard but i hope it's easy to follow. also, i just downloaded sv 15 so bear with me as i try to get adjusted to it. my screen recorder had messed up the ratio of screen so sorry about that it, hope it's good regardless. shouldn't have that issue for the next tutorial.
