Former President Donald Trump's sentencing in his New York hush money case won't happen until Nov. 26 — after the election has taken place. Tom Dupree, former deputy assistant attorney general, reacts to the decision on "The Hill." Dupree says the judge on the case didn't have much of a choice and was right to make that ruling.
