Cream Cheese Casserole
8 oz cream cheese- soft and cubed
2 cans whole kernel corn, drained
1 can cream style corn
1/4 c butter.... melted
1/4 milk
1T Sugar is optional
1/2 t salt
1/2 t pepper
1 Cup shredded cheddar- optional

Preheat oven 350°

In large bowl mix drained corn, cream corn, cream cheese, milk, sugar, salt n pepper, stir until rather creamy

Cover w cheddar cheese. Optional
Pour into greased 9x13 dish
Place in preheated 350 oven.

Bake uncovered 30 to 35 minutes or until a light gold and edges are bubbly.
Remove let sit 5 minutes
Garnish w chpd spring onions....optional

Enjoy.
Perfect for company but easy enough to cook every week.
