People, do not factory reset, just follow these instructions:
Try Again > press Power > Phone will initialize and that moment press Volume Down + Power > Select turn off > Charge your phone at full > turn on your phone > That's it!! Enjoy!

WHAT?! this is NOT A FIX. It is just performing a factory reset, NOT fixing the problem. A fix would be getting the phone back on without losing any of your data etc. Surely if people wanted a factory reset they would just select that option. Not helpful and not a fix, sorry.

For anyone experiencing this error, in my case it was resolved as follows
1- I installed adb 1.4.3
2- I installed it and all the drivers it requested
3- I installed the stock rom (it gave an error) then I clicked on factory data reset
4- reset and it worked

NOTE: even if I clicked on factory data reset it still returned to the same screen!

I lost my everything but I am just scared because I am having byjus premium in it so I take out my SD card and do everything but if you don't take out your sd their are chances that you can lose your data and everything from you sd card also
