Beef kofta | Beef Kofta Kebab Recipe | Meat Balls | Kofta Recipe | How to store kofta

Ingredients:

2 kg ground beef
6 medium onion, minced
10-12 green chillies, minced
1 bulb of garlic, minced
2-inch piece of ginger, minced
12-14 almonds
1 tbsp Salt, to taste
1 tbsp red chilli powder
1 tbsp garam masala heaped
1 tbsp crushed red chilli
3/4 cup fresh coriander/cilantro, chopped
4 eggs, beaten
1/3 cup of corn flour
2 tbsp of oil, for applying on top of the kofta mixture and frying

Instructions:
1. Mince the onions and transfer them into a sieve to drain excess water.
2. Mince the garlic, green chillies, ginger and beef.
3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the beef, minced garlic, minced chilli, minced ginger and minced onions. (Squeeze a little bit water of onions)
4. Make a fine powder of almonds and mix all spices together to make the kofta masala.
5. Add the kofta masala into the mixture and mix.
6. Add chopped coriander, beaten eggs and corn flour. Mix well until everything is evenly combined.
7. Cover and refrigerate this mixture for 2 hours.
8. after two hours mix this mixture again and make balls of even size.
9. Heat a pan and shallow fry the kofta over medium-low heat.
10. you can use kofta for curries, biryani, or meatball spaghetti or can be served as kofta kebab with a spicy sauce.
11. Rest of the koftas can be stored for up to 3 months.
