Hello, Great Learning! great video. I have a question. can ANN be used to analyze/ predict factors affecting port performance?
Predicting variables such as vessel operations; - vessel length, draft per vessel, gross tonnage. And cargo operations; - tonnage per arrival, tons per working hour, container dwelling time, etc.
Please give me an insight into how this might work out or not. Thank you.
