There’s high end restaurants in Mexico that do more interesting stuff that’s stays true to being Mexican. For example, they marinate carne asada beef in Yuzu juice, and that’s not even talking about Baja California, but ofc we know there’s a reason they really only give them to certain countries. I bet they don’t even go to Latin America, the Michellen system is stupid tbh

That's because all the rest of them are 3 starred! If you are in San Francisco, swing by Taqueria El Farolito in the Mission. Not as pretty, but just as satisfying!

I feel like the caviar isn't worth it on the choco taco. I've had caviar the stuffs good but I can't imagine it going with chocolate. Other 2 uses sound good tho.

I love caviar, truly my parents are from the soviet union and would buy lbs of red and black and eat it with a spoon for lunch but it really is the most over used fine dining ingredient EVER
