worth noting that dmg to Armor affects most skills apart from turret and drone. if using explosives oxidizer or fire skills dmg to armor will boost your dmg

DTH, DTA, DTOOC, CHD, WD and increase Total Weapon damage are always the sum of the individual values on the gear/weapoon and work all the same.
DTA is more efficient because it has less diminishing returnd than e.g CHD
Increasing DTA from 0% to 8% is more efficient than increasing CHD from e.g 150% to 162%: (1+8%)/(1+0%) > (1+162%)/(1+150%) --- 1, 08 > 1, 048
same applies to DTH, DTOOC

Surprisingly, thry work very well with the capasitor since it innately rolls with damage to armor and health.

Well In theory since damage to health kicks in even before enemy armor is gone (learned this in videos and effects every enemy!) shouldn't it be better than both??? Excluding foxes prayers attached of course! Just straight up

Just a head up, it also depends on what type of build you want to do. Specifically for status effects builds. DTA is much more effective and will buff your status ticks rather than DTTOOC. Don't believe me? Try an Eclipse Protocol build with two of the same weapons with the same stats, minus one with DTTOOC and DTA. The DTA will tick much more than the other. Once the armor is gone, the ticks will revert to "normal" unbuffed damage. Nothing buffs status effect damage to pure health bars rather than more status effects.

Running a AR build with 19dta and 21dth is amazing, melts armor then deletes health.
