I love how the fandom is already decided what kind of accent/voice the goat has from the comic dubs I've seen so far.

I just realized that the lamb is the last of their kind, meaning the goat is also the last of their kind (probably...). which made me wonder if there are other unique animals that are the last of their kind in different realms that wear the crown. 🐑 🐐

you know what i want to see?
a huge DLC expansion to cult of the lamb, where we can travel to the dark mirror realm that the goat came from.
gameplay wise, it would just add a second interconnecting hub area to like 4 new zones we can do crusades in, maybe even adding in new structures, decor, an upgrades

considering the Purple crown is Shamura's, i have a couple of theories about where Goat comes from. one is that it's Lamb's godly blood calling for help, receiving it from the crown who's owner had the domain of war before being felled (and taking the form of a goat since goats can be pretty aggressive). alternatively, there could be five (or more) different dimensions or timelines where the prophecy was cast, five become four... become none, and in each a different sibling was sealed and a different sacrificial beast prophesied to release them, thus there could be five little gremlins all running around with their own godly powers and crown.

My theory is that The Goat comes from an alternative timeline, it's basically the same as the current timeline, but instead of all lambs being sacrificed and the last being saved, all goats have been sacrificed and the last being saved, which explains their similarities to one another.

We all know The Lamb is "the G.O.A.T.", so having his Co-Op partner be The Goat only makes sense.

My question is: If the Goat is the bearer of the Purple Crown, are there also as-of-yet unseen universes for the other crown colors? A Blue Crowned Chicken, a Yellow Crowned Pig, a Green Crowned Cattle?

Oh my gosh, adding a goat is so clever! In addition to both being sacrificial animals, in some religions, white lambs tend to be seen as holy, representing virtues and God, but black goats are the exact opposite, representing evil and demons. Adding on the fact that the goat is a dark reflection of Lambert makes this SO MUCH BETTER. You guys really did your research!
