According to WHO the absolute ranges of systolic and diastolic blood pressure as:-

Systolic Blood Pressure Ranges:
Optimal: Less than 120 mmHg
Normal: 120–129 mmHg
High Normal: 130–139 mmHg
Hypertension (Stage 1): 140–159 mmHg
Hypertension (Stage 2): 160–179 mmHg
Hypertension (Stage 3): ≥180 mmHg

Diastolic Blood Pressure Ranges:
Optimal: Less than 80 mmHg
Normal: 80–84 mmHg
High Normal: 85–89 mmHg
Hypertension (Stage 1): 90–99 mmHg
Hypertension (Stage 2): 100–109 mmHg
Hypertension (Stage 3): ≥110 mmHg

Hello, I’m an fmge student, passed my jan fmge 2024 with 170 marks in first attempt, my only source was prepladder, targeting neet pg 2025, what should i do should i change source like changing to marrow, or others, or remain on prep notes only, along with adding BTR this time, should i do main notes of prep or RR notes will be enough along with btr….please help I didn’t study or revise any thing after my fmge attempt, having difficulty in where to start or from which source, please reply 👏🏼👏🏼

Dada, you suggested to read the main notes 2 times, but i have forgotten the notes that i made in first and second year. So it will be like studying those subjects once again, and i have time crunch as i am an intern. So can u pls guide me on how i should read my main notes?
