i agree the meto movement had a valid point but like most things blown out of proportion . companies worldwide are afraid of women and are looking for ways to skirt the afirmation action laws. over my career i have hired lots of women, not 1 could completely do the job. every 1 depended on men to keep them employed. every co. has a special list of rules about female employees. these rules are to protect men against women. since even looking at a female can be considered sexual harassment, companies are doing all they can to get rid of women, or build special bldg's to seperate them from the men so the men are safe. the hollywood female who are now black mailing producers will find less rolls in future movies. they went from waitress to super star and back to waitress.
