Your shoes are giving you bunions!

What is fosho causing bunions? Narrow toe box shoes that squeeze yo toes and inward leanin’ ankles to name a few. When the big toe is squeezed inward, the bunion begins to form. 👣 And then it keeps growing and growing as you keep squishing it into more and more restrictive, narrow shoes.

Do yoself a favor 👉 Get into some wide toebox shoes that allow those toesies to splay. Seriously. Why you be doing your toes so wrong? Let those dogs breathe! 📣 For those of you who want to change, then give our favorite @ barefoot shoes brand a chance! Use code MOVEUVIVO15 for 15% off yo’ first pair - link in bio! Every female on both sides of my family had bunions. I grew up working in my father's boot store. Luckily he warned me about foot care early in life so my shoes of choice were always flat toebox boots. The only time I wore dress shoes or heels was on Sundays and most of the time as a teen I was working the nursery and going barefoot to keep the floors clean we removed our shoes.

Toe box helps you stay in balance and adds stability for the ankle, hip and back.

🤣 I swear I’m dying. This guy is my entertainment now. While I’m trying to fix my old ass shoulder I have been watching his videos😂

This is real. This is serious. The daily discomfort is bad. I’ve switched over to wide-tied casual shoes, gym shoes, and dress shoes. Switch before the pain starts. So far, no surgery for me.

I had bunions removed at age 14, off both feet, and I was told it is genetic 🤷‍♀️. My Dr also told me i had feet of a 90 year old at 14. 😮 30 years later, they came back, and I don't wear tight shoes, i couldn't wear heels and have to wear shoes that splayed my toes because my feet never were the same and it was painful and I never wanted surgery again.🤔🤔🤔🤔

🙋🏼‍♀️ Born with bunions here. I grew up very self-conscious of my “freak feet”. My doctors wanted to wait until I was done growing to have surgery but by the time I was 10 it was so painful and I could not find shoes to fit my oddly shaped feet. So at 10 years old I had a bilateral bunionectomy. One of my feet stopped growing as a result of the growth plate being damaged so now one foot is ~ 1.5-2 sizes bigger than the other.

Not kidding when i tell you that my niece was absolutely born with bunions. She had to have them surgically removed when she was about 15

Bunionectomy is one of the most painful surgeries I have endured. Take care of your feet, y'all!

I’ve worn high heels all my life, no bunions. Some people are predisposed to it, some aren’t
