Je suis un musulman indonésien plutôt laïc et libéral, mais lorsque la guerre en Syrie a éclaté et que j'ai vu les nombreuses atrocités commises par Bachar al-Assad à cette époque, j'ai vraiment eu envie d'aller en Syrie rejoindre la milice d'opposition même si ce n'était qu'une intention qui n'a jamais été réalisée.
Je pense donc qu'il est tout à fait naturel qu'Abdelrahman ou Abu Hajar se rendent en Syrie pour défendre les gens qui souffrent du régime pervers, car ils ont des liens spirituels, émotionnels et de sang et aussi la religion qui était une forte raison pour qu'il y combatte.

That one man who claims to have a family that goes back to Muhammad seems a bit off to me. He mentions Muhammad without saying the usual "sallahu alaikhi wa salaam" that most Muslims do. Many do that no matter what language they're speaking in.
