We made the Gingerbread Biscuits and adjusted by adding about 3/4 cup spelt flour to dry out the mixture. NOTE: We use freshly grated coconut so this and our humid climate made the mixture very soft. Use a plate of flour to coat the cookie cutters between cuts.

Happy Holidaze from Vancouver, Canada 🙂 I don't know what kind of dolphins we have here, but, often I do see them swimming/jumping/racing next to the ferry, along with orcas & humpback whales (april-oct) I love your videos. Merry Christmas to you and yours! Every Momma knows the feelings of frustration and sadness when our children argue and push each other's buttons. Our boys are teenagers and it never ends!
