Before wrapping, I use Schwarzkopf silhouette flexible, before backcombing each strand - Volume powder. You can use any powder you like. I use Next.

I comb through each strand with Redken wax spray, then fix it with a strong hold spray hairspray (I use Kapous, Londa 1 but you can use any hairspray).
And the final fixation is always pump spray silhouette.
