Mercury 9 9 Kicker Install on Mako 204cc Part 2

This is the install video of a kicker motor on my Mako 204cc. There was very limited info on how to do the install. I was able to do the install once I pieced together all the info I could find.

This is the motor mount I used. The mercury 9.9 weighs about 115lbs so I got the bracket that supports 132lbs.

got my 15 pro-kicker installed was that a lot of work. Have videos in the making, with 4 phases already. Using swim platform panther mount. using tiller, but now want the tie-bar system. YES, the brackets HUGE Pain in the azz! your vids helped me, and now I hope to help others with my 5 videos.

LOADS OF Q's: those ''euro-transoms'' are a pain, for sure. Excellent for just seeing more. where did you find that connection piece @4:34 for your rigging tube? I want to also ''blend'' my kicker electric and fuel line into my big motors same rigging tube, I don't want to have to cut another hole in the boat for just those two items. I also have plans to link to big motor steering ''after'' seeing how all works out, I'll see.... With that kicker ''steering locked'', have you tried yet using the big motor as a ''rudder'' for any turns?? That fuel line ''valve'', never seen one. Maybe a California thing. I'm in Florida. A charter service. Doing a 2019 15hp 25'' Merc 25'' Pro-kicker on my 26' boat, it really has all the features needed as a aux. motor, that some others a lomg shaft 25 inches, that I need on my boat. Using as a ''get home emergency'' kicker, plus some trolling and such. Great to see some actual video ideas.

nice man - checking out kicker set ups myself - 21ft SeaRay stern drive - if you get tired of the tiller handle check out Intellisteer (they also make hand held remotes for the Panther electric steer... Canadian company and the dollars cheap! Good fishing!

Where did you get the split off for the fuel line off of the hose grommet? I need one of those. Right now my kicker fuel line just comes out the side of it.
