In this video, Emily takes the notes from a teammate's call with a candidate and shows us how to submit the resume to her client. By communicating the candidate's background, needs/wants, and logistical factors, we can provide a lot of value to our clients.

Great video Emily, thanks for breaking it down to your clients requirements. Good to know as well that you guys at Techees don't work with pdf summaries but with email bullet points, just like us. 🙂👍🏻

Thanks for the example.. I'm not sure how common it is, but I've worked in 3 IT companies/departments in the past and they've all given me purchasing/legal/admin work which is so painful to go through even though my job description clearly never mention anything about doing purchasing/legal/admin paperwork. The thought that crossed my mind: "Maybe legal/purchasing admins can work on troubleshooting server errors too." So I think that's what he was trying to say maybe..

Hey great video appreciate it. Should we hide candidates personal details when sending cv? Also would you recommend send a new email when forward candidates cvs and explanation of each candidates other than replying to previous email of client ? Please help 🙏

Hi Emily, Great video, thanks! I have a concern about sending my candidate's resume to the client especially if I don't know the client. What if the client contacts the candidate directly thus bypassing me completely? Do you think that happens often in this industry?

Hi I'm very interested in this mentorship . I have a few questions before paying for the 6 week course. I'm a recruiter but I've always worked in healthcare . Do you need tech experience? Will I be working for myself or will I have to split my commission ? Will someone contact me after I pay for the course ?
