My main problem while writing songs is that I always bring melody’s and stuff from other people’s song into my head and it messes me up

Songwriting is storytelling. Finding melodies includes finding the beat . I always have a picture in my head . I visualize the scene and or the story . One never knows when those triggers of thoughts will pop up . A certain orchestra song, or a movie might ignite your brain . I never listen to anyone else’s material. Once you embrace that endless universe, you are wonderfully caught . So the writing will never stop . Be aware of color around you . Be aware of your senses . Endless pieces of paper are now in your orbit …at the piano in drawers, notebooks and folders . Words become alive …words float on your head . It’s an amazing
world. If you don’t have to work and devote all to writing .. your world is yours . My quitar is my best friend, the piano is luxurious. Writing songs is a talent . I write lyrics and melodies. It’s heaven .
