I have been binge listening to this song since I came across it. It's so good. And I know exactly what it's about. Complex trauma isn't something you can run away from. No matter where you go, it follows you. The only way out is through. It's a difficult journey, and one I've been on for the last 5 years. The storm is finally clearing for me after decades of suffering. I will always have compassion for those fighting this difficult battle. It takes courage to keep going.
