Giving Lex the suit was a mistake. It completly undermined where his story was going.. The books did it way better. Lex beat Superman using his brain and human will, he didn't need any armor to win, because he knew he was going to win. He wanted to prove, that humans are capable to look out for themselves, that they dont need any ''Super''man, so when he appeared with the suit, it ruined that reasoning and everything this version of Lex was all about.. :/

Brainiac’s design is pretty awesome, looking more like his skull ship than the typical green humanoid. I also like seeing Superman and Lex Luthor working together, an oddity between two well known archenemies in the DC universe
