Say that after 7 years working for a company that dosnt allow overtime, dosnt issue bonuses and consistently says you don't matter you're replaceable within a day. Extra effort never got me a thing except extra work. I can do 3 peoples jobs cool you do that on the time pay of 1 person. I learned the lesson to never put more in then you'll get out. I don't care about the well being of the company I work at I can replace it just as easily as they can replace me.
