Even though the holidays are upon us, I'm still out with clients every week.
This is a great time of year to be shopping - both buyers and sellers have less competition, and home owners are wheeling and dealing, getting offers done!
While we don't have many huge HOA-controlled communities in Seattle, The Lakes is a nice one, offering a variety of different communities within the larger planned development... each with its own architectural look and feel.
Free-standing condominiums are a great high-density (and therefore, more affordable) alternative for people who don't want to be sharing walls. They live like a house.
