The moral of the story is that, during Dr. Kwame Nkrumah governance, there were no discrimination of which tribe you come from in order to get a good job. Today in Akufo Addo's government, most good jobs are occupied by Asantes and Akyem people. This shows the inferior mind Akufo Addo has.
