Use An Agricultural Four-Wheel Vehicle To Transport Concrete !

Показать описание
A Little Wisdom Helps You Become Smarter !
When using agricultural four-wheel vehicles to transport concrete during rural road construction, the following issues need to be noted :
Vehicle Preparation
- Vehicle Inspection :
Before transportation, ensure that the agricultural four-wheel vehicle is in good condition. Check whether the tire pressure is normal to avoid unstable driving or excessive pressure on the road surface due to insufficient tire pressure. At the same time, check the braking system to ensure it can work properly. Because the construction site environment is complex, good braking performance can prevent accidental collisions !
- Cleaning of the Cargo Box :
The cargo box should be cleaned thoroughly, with no debris or standing water. If there are sharp objects in the cargo box, they may puncture the concrete packaging bags (if it is bagged concrete), and standing water will change the water-cement ratio of the concrete, thus affecting the quality of the concrete !
Loading Process
- Control of Loading Capacity :
Do not overload. Determine the loading capacity reasonably according to the vehicle's carrying capacity and road conditions. Overloading will not only damage the vehicle but also may cause the vehicle's center of gravity to become unstable during driving, increasing the risk of rollover. Moreover, overloading will exert excessive pressure on the newly poured concrete road surface when the vehicle is driving on it, thus damaging the road surface !
- Prevention of Segregation :
During the loading process, try to reduce the drop height of the concrete as much as possible to avoid the segregation phenomenon of the concrete. If the concrete is segregated, with the separation of coarse aggregates and mortar, it will affect the workability and strength of the concrete !
Transportation Process
- Control of Driving Speed :
The driving speed should not be too fast. On the construction site and rural roads, the road conditions are complex, with pedestrians, other construction equipment, etc., and the road surface may be uneven. A too-fast speed will easily cause the vehicle to bump, making the concrete spill out of the cargo box, and at the same time increase the possibility of accidents !
- Selection of Driving Route :
Select an appropriate driving route and try to avoid soft soil foundations and damaged road sections. If it is necessary to pass through, reinforce or repair these sections first to prevent the vehicle from getting stuck or affecting the quality of the concrete due to bumping !
- Prevention of Concrete Loss :
Ensure that the sideboards of the cargo box are high enough or take appropriate protective measures, such as covering with a tarpaulin, to prevent the concrete from spilling during transportation. Spilled concrete will not only cause a waste of materials but also pollute the road surface and the surrounding environment !
Unloading Process
- Accuracy of Unloading Position :
Unload the concrete accurately at the designated position. Simple unloading guide devices can be installed on the vehicle, or a dedicated person can be arranged to direct, ensuring that the concrete can be unloaded accurately at the place where it needs to be poured, avoiding unloading the concrete at the wrong position, which will cause waste or affect the construction progress !
- Unloading Method :
Unload slowly to avoid the concrete from rapidly impacting the already poured road surface or formwork. If the impact is too large, it may cause the formwork to deform or the surface of the already poured concrete to be damaged !
