💥 Busting Some Myths in Skyrim #skyrim

Skyrim myth number one. You can command your follower to pick up a giant's club, and they will actually do it, even though the Dragonborn can't equip it. At first, I thought this myth was busted, but then I found out about a location called Tumble Arch Pass. Myth number two. If you take a drunkard from the Markarth tavern as a follower and try to heal him, he will thank you for curing his hangover or something like that. Myth number three. You can cook a dish for the emperor according to a recipe.

In Skyrim there are many replica reactions to healing. Some will be grateful, drunkards will say that their hangover has gone away, wounded and sick at the Temple of Kynareth in Whiterun will say that they feel better, and the khajiit (Like J'zargo) will say that they feel like after a nap.

That "Drunkard" as you put it, is the best damn follower I ever had. Me and him took on all of Skyrim together. Our final stop was the Dwarven Ruins deep under the mountains, the place where you encounter the crazed Khajit that killed his brother over Skooma.

We were doing well until a group of Falmer knocked me off the ledge and into water from the top of the walkway bridges. After that point I could no longer find Buddy (that's what I called him, my bud Cosnach). There was no sign of his body, the Falmer were dead, and he never returned to the Silver-Blood inn. I like to think he's just wandering around with the peaceful giant down there, making fermented drinks in the Crimson Nirnroot scholar's old quarters.

I remember on my first playthrough, I had Uthgerd the Unbroken as my follower. I heard about how your companions could sometimes pick up giant's clubs, and when I finally got her to pick one up eventually, I had expected her to let me take it off her (I couldn't, and she wouldn't equip any other weapon I gave her). For the rest of my time playing, I was pissed that she had the super strong megahammer and I didn't. I eventually murdered her in a ruined house near the Whiterun watchtower and hid her body in the fireplace and burned her with the flames spell.

When making the Portage de Magnifique, the soup for the Dark Brotherhood quest. To kill the Emperor. If you “(remain silent)” the cook will add a the final ingredient herself and make the soup.

But also if people actually read the recipe in book In the game. The Portage de Magnifique the recipe is up to the people making it after the first few steps so why not have a giants toe in it?

The only issue with the giants club is if you get a follower to equip it. It can never be unequipped

I still wonder what the point of that club is if players can’t pick it up. I mean there have been numerous updates and remasters and re-releases while this was fairly common knowledge amongst players and Bethesda just never made it equippable. Maybe it’s supposed to be a companion only weapon, but that’s just lame

You can do a Spiders only run. No weapons just the explosive spiders...

The dragon bone armor is one of the coolest armors ever made in fiction, well, skyrim as a whole has a top tier armor design overall
