Amazon reviews are mixed.. mostly negative... Mainly complaints about non availability of service centres... What is your response for those complaints? (Being a DC motor, it would be nice for speed control but heavy on maintenance side...that means life of the fan & frequency of service in the middle will be high)

i m also a user of this fan for but plain type i have 2fans and all are best. m using these fans about 1year. no issues till now. sorry for my bad english.

me odisha me rhta hu maine 3march 2019 ko purchase kiya tha tabhi 2nd may ko cyclone aya aur rain water ghar me ghus rha tha skylight k through bht saara paani fan k andar chala gaya. fir cyclone jaane k baad maine 2 atomberg fans ko khola aur dhoop re rakhdiya 3din baad jab saara pani vaporised hogya tabhi jaake maine usko fir se connection dia aur 1saal se wo bina kisi problem k chal rha hai. electricity bill v bht kam ata hai.
