Hi, l watch this for self diagnosis and treatment, l have watched other channels and many identified the signs but not the cause and never the treatment. The main thing l got out of Claras vid was that she identified some of the causes of the symptoms and this was a breath of relief, as psychosomatic and environmental factors are best addressed before any medication. Thx and in the future, please oh please please do a vid on how to treat or avoid the discussed symptoms. Thx again, ps l have a long pointy tongue, not especially thick nor thin, a light shade of purple with thick white and some yellow fur, a few red spots at the root....any advice?

I feel like I have yang deficiency but the drs have no clue. One said it’s oral thrush. The rest have no clue lol. Full blood panel looks great. More than a month thick, white coated tongue. Wake up with a dry tongue. I think I’m generally healthy drinks tons of water too
