In this tutorial we are showing how to use Delphiweis together as a team. Each of your colleagues can sign up by herself / himself and all of you can access the same patients from separate accounts.
Delphiweis is a medical artificial intelligence (AI) assistant functioning as a modern admission questionnaire (pre admission questionnaire). The software lets medical professionals (e.g. in practices, hospitals, and clinics) prepare patient interviews (anamnesis). It uses a medical chatbot to chat with a patient before an appointment and automatically writes a summary in bullet points and additionally in a text. This allows doctors, their staff, and other professionals in the medical field to get a clear impression of the patient's intention before the actual visit. Everybody can better prepare the appointment, e.g. do research in advance, set up required equipment such as injections, ultrasound (sonography), bandages, questionnaires etc. This allows an improved patient flow and better queue management while increasing patient satisfaction and reducing wait time. Easier and shorter work and increased revenue allow you to grow your business and gaining more money for the practice / clinic are possible.
Delphiweis can be especially beneficial in practice / clinic / hospital overload situations or when there are too many patients needing treatment in a short time span. While it cannot be used for triage purposes, the improved patient management can be beneficial in disaster healthcare such as wars and mass casualties.
