Ube & cheese is a perfect combination. My favorite halo in halo-halo, too!

Edited to add punctuation after halo-halo and add emphasis to the too! It means that aside from ube champurado, it is also a great addition to our favorite dessert.

I love how Filipino food has similarities with Mexican food but still so rooted in its own! This looks amazing Mexican champurrado is drinkable so I can only imagine how it tastes with UBE! Might be a new recipe to try 🤔!

I grew up eating sweet rice porridge with condensed milk, cinnamon leaves and stick, grated nutmeg, and vanilla bean seeds for breakfast. I want to try this sweet and salty version. I have tried coconut condensed milk. It is so yummy. I am fortunate to have many filipino grocery stores in my city, so it should be easy to find ube products for me.
