Wish I had that eBay lady. I sold a pair of vintage red cowboy boots, took photos, and stated in the description that they were old and faded. The buyer never contacted me and left negative feedback. "Not Red". I contacted the buyer and offered a return. He told me he gave them to a homeless guy in his backyard. Lol I refunded him anyway...Ebay wouldn't remove the negative feedback, I appealed and still nothing. It's the only negative I have...pisses me off!

10 years ago a guy in France bought 40 cds from me and Ebays global shipping program at the time was a little different. He was mad because he had to pay my shipping and Ebay to ship it to him in France. He left me 40 negative feedbacks and my Ebay account was banned for life after that. I have tried and tried to get them to reinstate and they said theres nothing they can do. I person killed my whole account. Terrrible....

I'm so bummed b/c I had 3 shirts for sale on 3 different platforms and different buyers bought them all on every site within 1 minute! The Mercari buyer was first, so I explained to the ebay and poshmark buyers what happened, and a guy left me 3 negative reviews on ebay. It's brought me down from 100% to 97%. I've had that account for 20 years and this has never happened! Ebay refuses to remove the negative feedback and it's really affecting my sales, but that was only through messaging. I'll try calling. That is so crazy that should not be allowed. eBay should remove all of them from your account and block that buyer permanently.

Shame on that buyer for being so sneaky to put negative feedback on items purchased long ago that had no issues. He is vindictive. Definitely block him and report to Ebay. They should make you whole and that was most unfair of that buyer. $13 for a subwoofer; goodness that was a deep sale. You were lucky to get an Ebay person in the US.

What a petty buyer I thought I've seen some trash people but that takes the cake. I refunded a buyer because pair of shoes had hole I didn't notice, only want to send items without issue, and she wrote me up big email about horrible business practices. I tell her you got your money back you didn't lose anything and I tossed the shoes. Then some how she was still able to leave me neutral feed back of just a dot.

Hey David, feel sad about the feedback. But you should not leak his adress and phone details on the internet. Thats a no go. It can spark a negative hate speech and further things against this person. We should deal other people with respect, even though we dont like them.

Same thing happened to me re a neg review. Buyer purchased a pair of jeans (21 pictures), I sent him a thank you note, he left me a neg review stating simply "not good". I followed up to see what the issue was and to let him know I would refund him in full if he returned the item. After a few days of no response, I reached out to Ebay and they told me to use the options on the site (request a change from the buyer and report the buyer), but unlike your call, they stated that this is the buyers experience. I followed through, and got an email from ebay that the review stays because this was (again) the buyers experience, and that was it. I am interested to see what happens in your case. I think it might depend on who you speak too/location, etc. goodluck!

These kinds of stories stress me out. I don’t think buyers should be able to leave negative feedback if they haven’t even attempted to reach the seller. It should be a step by step process.

Yeah I had 11 negative on 1 combined order the buyer didn’t like the way a brand new item was manufactured.. I offered to let them return everything but they wanted $10 when the item was $5….. so they got mad. Boom 11 negative feedback and eBay didn’t care

Yeah last week I had a really nice lady also in customer service. It was about a refund that i didn't ask for. I won a PS5 game at auction, I think it was $12.80 and it was Free Shipping. Well the seller was all butt hurt because it went real cheap a ($50) game and he messed up on the shipping. (So short story) The seller lied to Ebay and said that ("Something is wrong with Buyers Address") so he sumitted a Refund and it went through. I called Ebay and nothing could be done.. Later on that seller reinlisted the game for $35.00 Calculated shipping.

I've seen eBay buyers leave many negative feedbacks at once for one seller before. Not sure why eBay lets this happen. It's many items but the same experience so they should only allow one negative or one positive per buyer for orders put in the same day.

Bro that's rough! Hope you get them taken off atleast the 7 others. I've noticed recently this year ebay has been better about getting us in contact with reps in America. They were outsourcing idk if they still do, but in the last year I've had 4 negatives, and was lucky enough to get them all removed besides 1

Folllowing you on WN and great to see you did well on your first sale congrats, Be Carefull we are not to show personel info from anyone if we show things like you show of the item with the feedback. You might want to blur out the address info of buyer, I like to hear how you had a great rep from eBay. That is great to have a paper trail from our buyers and that is not what the buyer did.

Thanks for posting videos. I would suggest slowing down and making sure items are good before you send them out. It sounds like from past videos you have a history of this with electronics. I don’t agree with the buyer leaving the eight negative feedbacks, but you have to understand why he was upset. It’s not just about refunding him. You wasted his time. Also, I wouldn’t be posting their personal information on YouTube for everyone to see. Take care.
