I'm surprised ruby on rails isn't mentioned more in the indi hacking space. it seems tailor-made (you can spin up a crud app in a few template commands)

It seems Pieter Levels says Indie Hacking is dead, because his latest business is relying on another bigger business to be successful.
And as they control price, he basically lost his independence.
So the solution is to bring back the independence.
So either choose another niche,
or build your own AI model.

About copycats, Yes, so many copycats there.

But they mostly don't execute so they fail anyway.
They don't do improve product and marketing. They tend to do way less. We don't need to care too much.
