Another reason why Gen Z's are perfect for the insurance space is because of your understanding of technology. Not only are you tech savvy, but you are a tech native growing up with modern technology. Unlike the generations before you, who had to adapt to a business world increasingly reliant on the internet, as a Gen Z, you were born into that world.

Building an independent insurance agency has benefits that no other line of business offers because you are not just making one sale and never getting paid on it again; no, you get paid on it again and again as long as you build those relationships and take good care of your customers. When you sell a policy, you earn commissions immediately, but when it's time for renewals, you get paid again and again and again.
