The Mid-Autumn Festival is a harvest festival celebrated in Chinese culture from mid-September to early October to commemorate and celebrate the end of the autumn harvest.

In this vlog, we're going to drink our favorite chinese bubble tea, visiting some anime and cute shops, to try new snacks from the asian market and koki is going to cook some red bean mooncakes for the Moon Festival. Enjoy!

Baking Soda Water:
· 5g baking soda
· 15ml water

Dough:
· 55g sunflower oil
· 135g honey
· 2 tsp baking soda water
· 220h flour

Filling:
· 500g red bean paste
