Suggested essential oils: melaleuca, lavender,geranium, bergamot, cypress, frankincense. Use only one oil: 1-2 drops placed on the heart, wrists, or soles of the feet 3 or 4 times a day or as needed.

A note about the 5th (Throat) Chakra: The color is Blue. Indications of blockage can include: colds, difficulty expressing ones feelings, communication problems, shoulder and arm problems.

I liked the poses but it was very frustrating with the other person. You were focused on working on her so it wasnt at all fluid or calming for the people watching. I really hope there aren't anymore of your videos like this cuz i was just in a terrible mood afterward.
