Hi Rach! I’m a pro nail tech in New Brunswick, Canada :) to answer your question about the jelly stamper, you were right! We use them to stamp patterns onto the nails (from a stamping plate to the nail) there are different sizes on both ends so that you can pick up larger patterns or small designs (like a single flower for example). For any of my clients with very weak nails I recommend using the CND Rescue RX. You basically use it like a cuticle oil, rub it right into your nails and it adds needed protein and nutrients back into the nail. I like it because you don’t have to commit to painting your nails with a hardener and then waiting for it to dry. Perfect for busy mamas ❤️

That's great to hear about the nails. My mom does her nails every Sunday, doesn't trust anyone else to do them but is starting to worry she's going to have to go to someone. I'll recommend the nail jelly print thing to her for her classic French tip that she loves. :)

Hey Rach! I've given some recommendations for nail products before (I also have thin, bendy nails that are prone to fraying and peeling), and I've been *obsessed* with builder gel lately. My natural nails have never been longer or looked better!! I have ibd builder gel in clear (it's in a nail polish-like bottle) and a uv lamp - both from Amazon. It's not difficult to learn, and this kind is soak off, so you can just soak them in acetone and they pop off. Hailey O on YouTube (does Beauty News with Kat) recommended the ibd gel, and you'll be able to see that her nails look fabulous too! This is definitely the longest lasting, sturdiest, and most natural looking solution that I've found yet.

Nailtek #4 Xtra…it’s awesome for strengthening your nails. I always have it on my nails either alone or as a base.

Love the lip combo in this video. I use the Perfect Formula pink gel coat. It’s not a gel polish, No Uv/led needed, and dries very quickly. Gives a nice tint to the nails and helps protect and grow. My job is super rough on hands and nails, but with perfect formula I get compliments on my manicure but it’s just that.

I would recommend having your b12, iron and ferritin checked for the mail issues. Of course there are many things that can cause it, but my doctors recently had me do an iron infusion and weekly b12 injections due to being so deficient and I started noticing improvements in the condition of my nails and hair, even though I’m treating many other, more severe symptoms, which I had no idea could be impacted by these deficiencies. Still a long way to go, but thought I’d throw it out there! Obviously I’m not a medical professional, just sharing my experience!

Oh yes quarterly/monthly revisits of your faves would be awesome! And as for nails, I have noticed a HUGE difference in mine since starting on collagen supplements. I like Vital Proteins unflavored powder, just a scoop in your morning coffee every day and after a month you'll notice your nails are insanely strong. It also helped my hair and joints!
