To apply a armament effect incantation you must have the finger seal in your left hand, a normal weapon in your right hand and press the block button

Okay easily the best tutorial out there.. this game is very"you'll probably eventually figure it out later" a lot of tutorials are from people who forgot how incredibly difficult it is to figure things out when you have never played these types of games
